Wurlitzer 3700 latch solenoid

Dear,

I have bought a Wurlitzer 3700. The latch solenoid is not operated bij free play, coins or the jumper on pins 2 and 6.

If I open the latch solenoid manually I can select letter and number. The buttons stay inserted, the contact blades close (latches for number and letters) but nothing happens.

Who can help.
