zenith cobramatic speaker

Hi there in phonograph land,
The speaker on my zenith cobramatic which has worked for many years, just started acting wanky. Does anyone know if this is something I can tinker with fairly easily?
Also.. does anyone know where to get the felt for the turntable? Mine got torn.
