Hi

Anyone have a source for a keyboard latch bar solenoid for a Seeburg Q? Normal sources do not have and VG said they cannot get any.

Hi Darrell,
Didja try "Vern" Tisdale--or A-1 ?? Almost any "24-30" volt solenoid will work- Ron Rich

Hey Ron: is there some oddball mounting for the Q? or is it the same for all Seeburg latch solenoids? Thanks Mark

Ron

Nothing at Vern's or Victory Glass, A-1 none and do not know if will get anymore in.

Jukeboxman in UK has them for 72 BPs!

Hi Darrell,

Jeff Young currently does not have any in stock.
I sent you a message regarding your enquiry via Ebay that the last one we have available should be suitable for the Seeburg Q you are working on.

Regards
Alan

Alan

Thank you very much for the info. Ron suggested I do some further testing. It seems the free play unit for the DS disables the latch bar solenoid on a Q, not sure why. When I removed the DS free play unit the latch bar solenoid worked perfectly. I will keep you in mind should I need one.
