Westing House portable record player

Hi
I picked up this record player for $20.00
its my 3rd vintage unit , I have had to replace the idler wheel on both of the others
i assume that this one is no different,,but I cannot remove the turnrable ??
the other 2 came off easily by removing a spring clip
this one is different !!!
HELP
also I need a new arm or at least an arm cover,as seen in the picture.
