Any value?

I found an old Airline brand portable record player. It plays 16/33/45/78 records. It turns on, the platter spins, but no sound comes out of the speeker when I try to play a record.

I just want to sell it. Is it worth anything in it's current condition?

Thanks.

The thing is, it's only worth what someone will pay for it. I see a LOT of older turntables and stereo equipment on eBay that never sell. Yet, just 2 weeks after the fact, one goes for several houndred dollars. All you can do is put the item up for sale and provide a lot of pics and a therough description...than wait and see what happens.

As your unit is essentialy what one would call a junk find, it's not worth as much as a restored unit and futher more, may not even be worth the cost of shipping... :-(
