..and is in desperate need to find someone to restore it for me. I live in Maryland. Does anyone know where I can take it or ship it to get it restored? Turntable is a little slow and the changer does not work. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd restore it if you can wait several months.
I'm swamped with work and had to implicate a waiting list.

They're sweet little players once restored properly, and will give service for decades.

Nevertheless, to perform the proper work would run you about 200, parts and labor.... then there's shipping fees.

My own personal 45-EY-2...

Tom,
If you want to pay to ship it to the west coast, I have an acquaintance who restores only, the RCA 45rpm players--I would need to speak to him first--PM me, if you like--

Send me a PM, my shop's located here in Philly.
I'll give you my work email in PM and from there add you to my list.
