Ceramic Caps Seeburg 101 Selection Unit

Identifying these ceramic caps for replacement is driving me insane. For instance, there are 5 caps on the board marked .01 but only 3 on the parts list. Any help in translating the codes on the originals would be immensely appreciated.

If you help me, I should be able to help you--what are you calling a "101 selection unit" ? What "board" are you speaking of ?
