Do you have a meter ? If so measure the tip to ground of that plug and let me know what it reads--

Carefully slide the SCC forward till you can see the relay on the inside--then start the mechanism scanning, and tap on the insulated portion of the relay to close the points--Let me know what happens--Ron Rich
