NSM has revamped their website and it has changed URL's.

Their old website (which still works) is: http://www.nsmmusic.com/

The new website is: http://nsmmusicinc.com/

Downloadable manuals are available on the new website, but nothing for the record models that I could see. There was a manual for a CD model.

Hello Ken,

As you say no downloads for 45 rpm Jukeboxes, also to access a download you need to log in.
I guess the site is just for NSM dealerships.

NSM moves to new U.S. headquarters

Digital jukebox manufacturer NSM Music Inc. has relocated its U.S. headquarters to better serve its growing customer base as the company continues to expand its digital music network.

Tony Lantz, NSM's Vice President of Operations, said, "The new space will foster better communications between our parts and service departments, as well as sales and customer support. We offer a huge selection of thousands of jukebox parts, and we service literally dozens of different jukebox models, from CD jukeboxes going all the way back to the '80s to our latest digital downloading jukeboxes."

The new address is 447 Fullerton Ave., Unit 489, Elmhurst, IL 60126. The phone remains (630) 279-2244. The company has also unveiled its new Web site (http://www.nsmmusicinc.com), which also contains a new blog that will feature posts from NSM employees, customers, and special guests.
