I got the jukebox out of a ladies garage, she said take it I need space in here. Ok I hear the click in the top control box when the needle arm in in the reject mode. I have tried to reject the record by hitting both of the reject buttons . I will check some cable conections today.

Bob,
You need to be much more discriptive, in order for someone to be able to help you. What is a "top control box" ? It should have the name of the unit screened on it--

Bob;
By 'top control box' I presume you mean the amplifier, which has the mute/trip relay in it. That should be the clicking sound you hear. I would check the mechanism 3M12 contact, which should be closed in play. It might be dirty or well out of adjustment. Also, check the cable (with the orange 6-pin plug) that goes from the amplifier to the mechanism.
Cheers,
