I've been restoring vintage radio equipment for some time. Just acquired my first Jukebox. I have a question on what is recommended prior to moving. How would you suggest this be supported for transport in pickup truck. I have a heavy plastic bag that I intend on covering / wrapping for protection. I was wondering if the unit could be blocked up from the bed on some small timbers for support before strapping in. I plan on putting a sheet of plywood in the bed on top of a 2" semi-dense foam. Any suggestions appreciated.

Please read above "sticky"--how to move a jukebox-- as far as loading it into a pick-up, I must have done this close to 10 thousand times ( but I do have a "Tommy gate" )-- Keep it upright ! As for blocking--I usually just bind it to the truck in the center --away from glass, or anything "plastic". My 1982 Chebby pickumup truck (with 480K miles on it) bed, is shot, and certainly NOT flat ! So "blocking" can't hurt--- Ron Rich
