Ron & Rob,
I started going through the suggestions that Ron stated.
RCA Plug is good, with 3.8 ohms.
Mech Fuse Good
contact block ("frog"):
"R" wire loose.
1 of the common wires loose.
The plungers have silver on them, and cleaned the plungers and tormat rivets.
detent switch: Dirty, choke was OK.
Both you guys have helped me so much, and you guys can see into the future.
I guess thats where experience counts!!!
Will power up and try tomorrow.
