BSR Changer Part

by trimline62 » Fri Apr 12, 2013 11:12 am

ok, my Zeinth Allegro with a late 70's BSR changer needs a new idler wheel, this has been put off and can no longer be ignored....=(, this is my main home stereo. I would REALLY REALLY like to maybe find one NOS. but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do i guess.

and while were on the subject of idler wheels. does anyone know where i can get a new NOS idler for a Garrard Changer that's in a Sylvania Component portable? i love that portable but that is also in need....

any direction or help would be GREATLY appreciated...=)

It would help greatly if you would enter your profile, and state at least your home country--
I don't know about NOS, but you can get your old one(s), perfectly re-built, at Vintage Electronics--
Phone # --M-F, 8am-5pm CST is 601 264-4755

My friend Gary Stork at www.thevoiceofmusic.com stocks all the idler wheels.
These are professionally re-built, and on an optional exhange program, sometimes requiring the old one shipped to him for rebuilding and putting back into the system.
His idlers are flawless replacements - I've never had an issue with them.
And I've ordered countless replacements for customer work.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.
