I was given this phonograph, about 10 years ago. It's just been sitting in my garage. I can not find a single identifying piece of information anywhere except on the motor itself. Any idea? Model? year?

Hello Keith,
Welcome to the forum, this not my field at all but I would try searching on the serial number you have on the motor, this may get you some information into what they were fitted.
I would also trry searching through pictures of Phonographs on google images.
