Convert Edison Standard Phonograph to four-minute

Can anyone supply instructions to install a 2/4 minute conversion kit onto my Model A Edison Standard Phonograph? I have all the parts, but I don't know the ins and the outs of this machine well enough to go it alone.

Thanks everybody!

Here's a link to a copy of the original instructions for combination gears & diamond B carriage installation.

http://nipperhead.com/old/edcomb.htm

And here's a copy of an earlier set of instructions without the carriage info. I think these are a little more detailed. Copy & print these to make them more readible :)
