Please excuse my ignorance from the get go! I have just acquired a Wurlitzer 3400 "Statesman". Needed a lot of cleaning and TLC. Was told that the box worked until the previous owner was messing with the needle, got distracted and broke it. Fortunately, what he actually did was break two of the wire leading to the stylus cartridge. That has been repaired, and the box played. Now however, the record magazine does not line up with the retrieval arm, about a half inch off. Any advice would be appreciated, and yes I have a Service Manual and Schematics. What I don't have is an owners manual so I am unsure how to make this thing operate normally, any suggestions on locating one would be helpful. The Scan/Load/Run switch has been left in various positions to no avail. In Scan mode the magazine rotates twice with an audible click where A1 record is, then stops close on the second round.
