Rock-Ola pt# 53275-2 & 43800-1 Reject Button & Spring

by Las Vegas Jukebox » Sun May 19, 2013 7:25 pm

Title says it all. I need a Rock-Ola Reject Button (Red) and Reject Button Spring for a 490 Supersound jukebox. This part was used on many Rock-Ola jukeboxes in the 80s, so if you think you may have one or both of these please PM me.
Regards
Keith

Keith,
Did you try the usual suspects, listed in the "jukebox" section, below, in "announcements--where to find" ?? Ron Rich

Thanks Ron. Yes I did. Those robbing b***ards want $30 for a (less than $1) piece of plastic. If I had to buy 2 they would cost me more than the entire jukebox.

Hopefully, someone who isn't in the rip-off business will have one in the near future.
Regards
Keith

Keith,
I understand where you are coming from--but in this case, I think you are wrong--
All of the re-sellers are in the same position--they have to locate the old phono's, pick them up, store them (in buildings that cost rent money), for God knows for how long, till someone wants a part off one of them. Then they need to find it, "pull it", pack, and ship it. Once they sell all of the parts, they need to locate some more, or close up shop, as they have nothing to sell. Speaking for myself only, I don't like to "sell parts". Seems like every-time someone wants something I think I have, I spend an hour or so, searching for it, then the guy says he found one somewhere else--- If it's the correct, unbroken part--ANY part, IMHO, is worth at least $30.00-- Ron Rich

Ron, I understand that POV also, but I won't be buying at those prices. Simply because, I can just wait for another $50 box to come along, then I will have the reject button and 1,000+ other parts.

Keith
