I just came across a Delmonico Nivico Transistorized Phonograph Model TPH-27. As soon as I can get ahold of some more batteries (appears to be AA's, but the DC Case shows that it takes UM-2's) and a 45 I intend to see if it still works. There is a needle still intact which seems to be in decent condition. There is also an AC Adapter Jack on the back but it's long gone.
I'm curious if anyone has come across one of these. I've researched the Model Online and have come up with goose eggs. I've seen Delmonico Nivico Radios with various Model #'s but nothing of this nature. It has speed settings of 33, 45 and 78. The Needle Arm is embedded the front of the unit and is released by a latch at the front. It's in a red plastic case and measures all of 12" long and 6 wide.
Any info would be much appreciated!
