Yellowing Plastics

Anyone have the elixir to clean the internal plastics that have yellowed over time (smoke and fluorescents), like a the back of a title board in a Rock-ola 448?
I have tried just about everything I can think of with no real change.

I have done that process for pinball parts and other small plastics as well and typically works well. That becomes a challenge with something the size of a title board for a jukebox and the fact the numbers are screened on the front would be destroyed by the Peroxide . So this is not an option for this situation.
Thank you for the advice anyway.

Ron: I use Scrubbing Bubbles foaming bathroom cleaner to lift browning inside jukeboxes and it does a pretty good job. I wouldn't use it on any screened graphics. For more sensitive parts I've had good luck with Armor All cleaner and Windex. Again, I'm really cautious about the graphics.
