GE RC7230AB

I was wondering about this model I picked up last week. Maybe a link to an owner's manual or some tips to get the record player part to work. Update, I have attached a photo below.

Hello tyler182,

Welcome to the forum, if you go into your profile and fill in your location it will help us to give you advice on where to get help, this forum is seen and used worldwide.

My advice regarding your console would be to have it checked out by a professional. I would upload some better pictures of the unit and one of the forum members may be able to advise you.

Regards
Alan

Nice shape on the outside!
Looks like the one in the Cleaver's living room ("Leave it to Beaver" show)
General Electric was a sponsor of that show, and all of June Cleaver's appliances were "GE".

However, age takes its toll on things, and a similar GE console I had in the shop a few months ago needed a typical restoration - the customer was thrilled to hear it play again - it was his father's old console.
Of course the record changer was all gummed up, but once serviced, ran like a clock.
The tube amp/radio portion always needs to be serviced.
Invest in the aformentioned service and it'll sing for decades more.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.

I am in Tulsa Oklahoma, does anyone know of a place to get it services, the radio works on it, but I am assuming the record player is gummed up. Also, does anyone know what something like this is worth in working condition?
