Ron is right, but the trick is to look at the pins where you are pluging the small white connector on to. There could be a dummy plug on those pins, but its close to the printed-circuit board. Unplug the amp and reach in the opening with some needlenose pliers, and pull the fake one out. Now you can push the 2 connectors on the pins, you might need to bend the cables out of the way so the first one slides father down the pins. Change the battery.
