Seeburg LS1 service technician

Does any know who I can contact to check why the speakers on the right side do not work? There are some wires that appear to have been cut sometime in the past. The wires are too short to reconnect and I do not want to take a chance reconnecting them as I do not want to risk shorting something out. I live in Charles Town WV (USA). Any information on who to contact would greatly appreciated.
