rock ola tone arms / gripper arms - do they fit between models?

hi - got this rock ola 445 1970 - need a tone arm, gripper arm etc.... do other models have same parts that I can use - no 445 parts available?? Anybody?? My machine is probably jammed and need new gripper motor, gripper arm and tone arm.... or just the old ones need some lubrication and solvent.... Thanks folks!

All pretty much the same, within range of model numbers similar to yours----probably, as you point out--a lack of proper lubrication--may not need any "parts" ??
