Wurlitzer 3700 Amplifier

Hello,
I have a Wurlitzer Americana 3700 and one side of the Amp quit working
Does anyone know where to start? or know someone who repairs amps? Thanks....Clarence

Clarence, If you are not familiar with these amps and don't want to take a chance in blowing it to high heaven... I would send it to bill bickers. He will rebuild it for a reasonable price. (
http://jukeboxfridaynight.com) If you are sure that the amp is the problem! Could have a bad wire from the cartridge to the amp or even a bad cartridge .

Hello Ryan,
Thanks for your post. I called him and he said he cannot get parts for it

and he does not know anyone who works on them. Do You have any other ideas? Thanks..........Clarence

He has instructions on how to upgrade the 3700 amplifiers poor design into the more reliable 3800 series amplifier on his website if you are inclined to try it:
