Rowe CD100 foam rubber door seals need replacing

Just noticed that the foam rubber seals on the CD100's upper and lower doors are starting to deteriorate. (Woofer surrounds look to be okay.)
The seals appear to have been fitted over a glue base, rather than being adhesive-backed strips. What's the best product for removing the old glue under the foam rubber?
Any tips on the best foam to use as a replacement?

This is the ONLY time I recommend this product for anything---but WD-40 usually works for removing "adhesive"--If not, there are two here available--Goof-Off, And "Gum-out" ( I think?)--don't know what's available there--
As for re-stripping, I use a closed cell window seal product--Ron Rich

Thanks. Goof Off is available here.
Not sure if my CCC (#40832201) is also packed with foam?

The CD, CCC's were not packed with foam (or anything else), like the 45 rpm CCC-- Ron Rich

Doors re-foamed. Crud vacuumed out. All snug now.
