How different is the Select-O-Matic from a DS160 vs a Select-O-Matic from an SMC1?

Damn... the paint color is a deal breaker.

Just wondering. I picked up an SMC1 that works... as for DS160... I'm on the fence. Half of me wants to dive in to it and get it up and running then sell it or the SMC1... the other half of me wants to cut my losses and sell it as a project... try to recoup some of the $220 I have in to it. That said, your book Ron, that covers the SMC1 as well, right? If that's the case, then I only have $185 in to the DS160.

Which came first--the chicken, or the egg ??? Fried or frizzled

I like BOTH of those models--My "Seeburg Mechanism Guide" covers both models--My "Microlog trouble shooting guide" covers neither one-- (the SMC with one of our new MCU's installed, is the "sweetest" Seeburg, ever, IMHO) Ron Rich
