After assembling the carriage , the record rack, and the Tomat Memory unit togeter I have notice the contact plunger pins are missaligned seting in the middle of the two contact buttons. The record removeal arm is raised. Have do I set the carriage back to start position???????
Thanks

Dan,
All's I can say is OMG--If you dis-assembled the record rack from the base, and the Tormat from the rack, you will need to start at "square one"--READ the service manual, as it would take at least three pages to answer your questions-- Ron Rich

OMG; indeed, You say that I will need the service manual infact thought that I had bought one, but is a AY-160 Parts Catalog, also have the Installation Manual with the trouble shooting charts. I do believe that I need the real repair Sevice Manual. If you can tell me where I can get one I will in your debt.. I do love the challeng and repainted to honor the MIA" and all the fallen Veteran's. Yes I am new at this and I'm retired NAVY. I don't have much I can do but this project.. Please; be patient with me!!!
Thank's
Dan

Hi Dan,
Being "retired" myself--several years ago, I now find I have more to do, then I want to do, or, often my "body" will "let me do"--
My advise to you is to start by reading--read ALL of the posts above here--informational, and stickies, and you will discover that some of your questions are answered. I also humbly suggest that my "Seeburg Mechanism Guide" should be of help to you. If you wish to purchase a copy, please PM me--
Ron Rich

Dan,
Please read your "PM's"--
"Service Manual" is what Seeburg called it-repair manual would be just as good, I think--
