I recently moved, and my movers unlocked the cabinet on my Diplomat to see how it worked. They didn't lock it back. Then, when they knocked it over, the cabinet flew open, shattering the glass. Additionally, because it opened so wide, there are 2 small plastic pieces I need to replace. I cannot find a name for them in the parts catalog. They are located at the top of the arm that attaches to the springs. They look somewhat like coasters for a drawer or sliding glass door, but I cannot find replacements at the typical Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.

1. Can someone give me precise measures on replacement glass? I can measure it myself, but I'm not sure I trust myself.
2. Does anyone know what the plastic part is called or where to find it?

The tiny bluish part is the piece to replace. It's found at the top of the spring and arm shown here.
