Seeburg usc2 issues

by elnuno » Wed May 18, 2011 9:57 pm

I recently got a Seeburg usc2 and I am experiencing some technical problems. The jukebox allows me to make a selection and the player will search for the record and play it, or play it for a short while. But for the most part the player has no problem moving from one side on the railing but when returning to home position the motor will cease and i have to move it by hand, or sometimes it doesnt cease. I cleaned railing and applied new oil to railing but seems it hasnt made any difference.

Elnuno,
Sorry, but I can not understand your terminology. I suggest that you need to purchase/read the USC-1 Service Manual, the USC-2 Suppliment manual. and IMHO, a copy of my "Seeburg Mechanism Guide". and "Microlog Trouble Shooting Guide" The first two are available from www.alwaysjukin.com, and other legit sources--I would not buy the less expensive "on line" copies, as they usually are missing pages-- My two books are available directly from me at: ronnnrich@yahoo.com , if you wish -- Ron Rich

I apologize for not using the correct terminology.. if i had a manual i could be more accurate.. sorry for that. I will definately look into purchasing any literature that will help repair this jukebox. thanks for your time.
