Re-Foaming speakers

by jbk » Fri May 04, 2012 5:20 pm

The 8" speakers in my ROWE-CD51A sound great but the foam around the cone has went to dust. I purchased new foam and my question is about the glue. Since the cone is paper what glue should I use? contact cement, silicone, paper glue??? Any suggestions or advice from someone who has done this.

I get refoam kits form "New Foam", kits come with the foam and their special glue, Looks like Elmers but I am sure it is not.
