rockola mystic 478 will not select and play

can anyone help, if got a rockola 478 that has given great service for 10 years, went to play it the other day, it turns on and lights up etc but when you select a record the select indicator stops on zero, and when you put it into service mode and press the button to spin the record holder that wont move either, any ideas

could be logic board but not sure, im after a logic board for a 478, if your selling any parts?
