I've heard of the Sonora Radio & Television Corporation, as well as the Sonora Phonograph Company:

As noted, it started out as the Sonora Phonograph Co -- http://www.radiomuseum.org/dsp_herstell ... ny_id=3402 One of the more famous manufacturers of phonographs that started out in the teens when the key patents held by the major manufacturers began to expire.
