'47 Silvertone 78 RPM Bakelite record player

I just picked up this '47 Silvertone AM radio/78 rpm single play record player. The model is 7070 (Chassis number 101.817 and was built by Colonial Radio for Sears) and the chassis is a typical 5 tube AM radio. The cartridge is the usual flat metal crystal type that uses a "spike" needle. This one will need a good cleaning, a new power cord, new capacitors, mechanical cleaning and lubrication, likely a new cartridge, and likely new rubber parts for the phonograph. For the cartridge, I'll probably have West-Tech Services rebuild the original unit. For the rubber idler wheel, I use Ed Crockett of Vintage Electronics to rebuild them.

Post your location, that helps.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.
