I bought a Battery 45 rpm record player which needs some work such as a needle and tender care but I do not know who made it. It says on the lid rpm all transistor and it is in a nice wooden case. If any has more information on them and when they were made I would appreciate it.

A lot of that early transistorised stuff came out of Japan, and was often labeled as an entirely different company than who made it.
I have a later (1972) ac/dc model phonograph that I've seen labeled as being made by 3 different companies, yet they were exactly the same in every way. Whether different brands were used by various chain stores or importers I'm not sure.
Perhaps if you open her up, there might be clues on components that could point to who actually manufactured it.

I opened it up and the amp section is a small rectanglar shape near one corner of the board and the turntable is metal with a spring loaded idler wheel underneath. There is a long cardboard tube that is fitted against the case on one end and fits in a hole in the case at the other end where the batteries go after you loosen 2 screws that hold a metal cap. The cap pivots and the 4 d batteries slide in.
