78 rpm picture disc

I'm not sure if this is unusual it's a picture 78 record. It's a vogue picture record by Shep Fields & his orchestra. 1 side is whatta ya gonna do, other side is I guess I'll get the papers (and go home) marking on the record is R764

While not as common as the standard label pressings such as Columbia, Decca, Victor, etc. Vogue Picture Records do turn up from time to time. Prices vary from $20-50, to several hundred dollars, depending on the desirability, rarity, etc. The same one you have is up for sale right now on ebay -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vogue-Picture-R ... 0531455509 -- tough the starting bid the seller is asking may be a little optimistic.

Hi Joe. Thanks for the assistance. That's a pretty nice website with plenty of info. This is a pretty cool looking picture disc, I'll watch the ebay auction but even if he did get the opening bid I'd probably hang on to this since it's pretty unusual.
