Columbia gramophones were made in England from 1923 until HMV & Columbia merged in 1931 to become EMI.
They made small suitcase portables, table models & floor standing cabinet models.
The best way to identify & date your gramophone would be to post a picture of the machine.
I'm guessing yours is a suitcase portable, as these are the most commonly found models with patent numbers listed on the "Columbia" transfer/decal under the lid.
The patent numbers themselves aren't really much help in identifying the specific model, as they usually relate to component designs used in many models, such as the internal horn or tonearm.
If you dont have a digital camera to take photos, you may just have to do some google searches & see if you can find a model that looks the same.
You might like to try Columbia 112a, Columbia 110, Columbia 204, Columbia 56, Columbia 113a, Columbia viva-tonal and Columbia plano-reflex to see if any of these models look the same, or have the same tonearm.
Posting a picture of your machine will be best though.

Edit: I did a quick google search using the patent numbers you supplied, and I got several hits for the Columbia 112a.
Does your machine look the same as this?
