wurlitzer 5220 wallbox

I'm having a problem with a 5220 wallbox, it doesn't cancel the selections from A to D

When I put a coin in it makes a selection but doesn't cancel my credits, it only does it on letters A to D

Hi Frank,
I am not familiar with that wallbox, but I am familiar with wallboxes in general--
In most of them, the "credit cancel" function is mechanical. It is a "by-product" of the motor turning.
I would need to have a service manual, and observe what is happening when it does subtract credits, against what happens when it does not.
Hopefully, someone with more knowledge of this system will chime in---

Thanks Ron I think I got it going, A through D was set on album play, once I changed it back to single play it started working right
