Daddy,
That's ALWAYS a "lubrication" issue. I suggest that you use only SAE 20 wt, oil on every portion of the gripper assembly. After a total oiling, (be sure to get oil in between the two gears, on the right of the gripper) play BOTH sides of records and gently hold your finger on the gripper while it is picking up a record. One side will start to function correctly first, then do the same thing on the other side--this may take awhile, but I have never found one it won't fix-- also, keep adding oil between the gears. Once both sides are working correctly, play at least 100 selections. Ron Rich

@Ron rich...You hit the nail on the head. We are up and running. Lubrication and cleaning cured this. Thanks again for all the help.
