Seeburg L-100 title strip holders needed, need good nicotine

Anyone have any title strip holders for the Seeburg L-100? I also need the steel brackets that hold them in place. I also would like to find a good method of removing nicotine from the painted surfaces as well as the plastic. Thanks in advance for any help. Dave Rakowski
