MRA5-L6 amp testing

What testing can be performed on the amp with all the tubes removed. Is it just heater voltage or something else. Would all the speakers need to be plugged in?

Only AC transformer voltages--speaker plug is not in play if 5U4 is missing, or, not lit--Ron Rich
