There you go,

Whole page of em, in different formats. However one is described as the title you want but the illustation is of a record of "Release Me" by Englebert Humperdink.
Maybe it's a sort of code?

Of doghouses link. (thanks Doghouse).

I tried first by typing in the name of the tune and the full name of the artist and it came up blank. So I just typed in the name of the tune and "Will" and that's what came up. It includes all formats as I didn't specify size of record.
(If you give eBay too much information sometimes it won't come up with anything)
Then just copy and paste the long link at the top of the page into your post.
