Help in identifying a Ge stereo unit from the late 60's ?

In the hopes of finding a replacement for a Ge stereo lost in a move long ago, I'm hoping someone here can help with a model number , so I have a better chance at finding one.
The stereo unit was similar to RC-1671a, which I've found posted photos of.
However, it was most likely newer, possibly solid state.
One of it's distinguishing features which make it obvious that it differs from the earlier versions is it had large rocker switches. These were used to make the selection of Turntable (phono) , or radio, possibly aux?
It was also equipped with a version of Porta-fi at least one speaker could be removed from the cabinet and plugged into a wall outlet to allow for remote sound.

The information you provided is extremely vague, even to a long-time experienced tech as I am.
GE made many model and versions throughout its history.

For those reading this, here are some additional clues to what I'm trying to ID

The unit I'm trying to find a model number for is similar to the one found here:

There are some obvious cosmetic differences though.
It's general appearance is the same.
However the knobs are smaller and chrome.
There are large toggle switches to switch modes.

My assumption is it is newer than the one shown on that restoration page.

It should date from the late 60's to early 70's

Possibly someone with a set of sams from that time frame can help ID it?
