Well there was no continuity from pin 28 to common pin 31 so I took the plug apart and I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is the plug looked brand new when I opened it and all the wiring was good, the bad news is the wiring was good.

I am not sure if I will take the TMU apart yet as I want to enjoy what I have at least for a while before I take it out of commission, If/When I take it apart I will update this thread or I just might buy a different one I am not sure what direction I will go yet.

Thanks for all your help
Brad

Brad,

Ron,
Yes the TMU was dressed properly (clamped to the mechanism shelf and behind the support post), the clamps where very brittle and I replaced them but it was routed correctly and the TMU wire is in good shape with no kinks in it.

Oh, well--into the TMU you must go--I have a spare TMU--missing the ground bar, but good. PM me if you wish to purchase it.

Rob/Ron
I figured I had nothing to loose so I took the plung and took the TMU apart. The #28 and #31 common where good all the way back to the Number Circuit 8 so I figured the wire going through the torieds was bad connecting the two. So I got into my pinball stock and took apart a hold coil to get the insulated wire I would need and following the Wiring Diagram I ran it through and hooked it up, had continuity from the plug and after getting everything back together it is selecting all locations!!!! :D :D

Thanks For all your guys help
Brad
