seeburg bandshell problem

by pjwaelti » Tue Dec 23, 2014 5:43 pm

Greetings ! new here so please bear with. My band shell stopped selecting records. I opened the selector unit and found a blown fuse (f3102) and resistor r13 bad on 311125-c board. Any idea what caused this? Also, since this machine has never failed in the ten years I have owned it,I have no service manual to reference.I only paid a buck and a half with records back then..I figured the records were worth that much..Thanks for any help in advance.. PJ

Hi PJ,
I would suggest that my "Seeburg MicroLog Trouble shooting Guide" would be of some assistance here--there were several "updates" to that PCB, including changing the wattage ( and maybe resistance--depending on when it was made) of R-13. I detail all of this in the guide, and do not wish to re-type it again--(PM me if you wish to purchase it). IMHO, You should also
purchase the service manual for this model. See the list of suppliers above this post. Ron Rich
