NSM preformer grand 2

by havasugameman » Wed Feb 10, 2016 6:06 am

I have this jukebox working after replacement of the ic5 but get absolutely no sound. It had a ir remote box connected but no controller. I unplugged it. I am missing something can not find volume control pot. Do I need to set some programming to get volume? On power up I can hear the amp pop and when selection is playing the fan is turning on amp. What am I doing wrong?

Hi
If its a wall mounted machine there may be volume control buttons at the bottom of the machine on the outside, if its a floor standing machine they may be at the back, if they are there disconnect the IR box and try. Is IC 5 the ram timekeeper?
There are some programming controls but they usually relate to adjustment of bass and treble and background music

Most jukeboxes need some type of volume control, either hard wired to the amp, or connected via wire--NSM's generally "plug in"--
