Alpine 7145/48L

My understanding is that thie a European made casette/stereo that was in a Lamborghini Countach 1986

Does anyone know where the owner's manual can be downloaded and or purchased?

Google/Web searches have provided no help and I can't even find the make and or model

Any help is appreciated
