Seeburg M100C Cap replacement question

I've replaced all the capacitors in the WSR5-L6 receiver except for the C4 electrolytic can (300 mfd, 50 v). I don't want to remove or restuff the can. Would someone please tell me which of the wires on the can tabs should be cut in order to take the old cap out of the circuit. Also, how should the new cap be attached? Which new cap leads go to which of the original color wires (don't want to mix up the cap neg lead attachment).

That cap is "floating"--follow the CENTER wire back to the terminal strip--cut it there, and solder the new cap's, (+) terminal, onto it--
Leave all of the rest of the wiring on the old cap--and once again follow one of the other wires to the terminal strip--one USUALLY goes very close to the last one that has the new cap soldered on--just solder the new (-) side of the new cap there--

Hi Ron,
Before I finalize the attachment of the new cap to the terminal strip, can you please verify that I correctly followed your instructions by looking at the attached picture.

At the terminal strip, I cut the green wire that came from the center tab on the old "can cap". I attached the (+) side of the new cap to the terminal strip where the green wire was cut. I attached the (-) side of the new cap to the last tab on the same terminal strip. The last tab had a brown wire that went back to a tab on the old "can cap". If you confirm this is correct I'll solder in the new cap in this location. Thanks for your help. Steve.

Remove the remains of that green wire, and solder away--either I give good directions, or you is supper smart !
