Repair stacking spindle

Hi - Is there anyone out there who can restore this 45 rpm stacking spindle for an RCA Victor RP-205 changer. It's at the point where it stops/slows down the turntable during the change cycle. The changer is in a 7HF5 cosolette. I have two spindles. One with a pink top and the other with a red one. I'd like to have the correct one restored. Thanks in advance.
