Motorola SH18GL Idler

I'm trying to repair a Motorola SH18GL Stereo Phonograph. It is missing the idler wheel. I need to identify this wheel and then locate one for purchase. Please help if you can.

I have the same model SH18GL in great working condition, but need a needle. Do you have one of those or know where to get one?
