Rockola Bill Acceptor - general question

On the Rockola 448 I have, there originally was a bill acceptor in the unit that is no longer there. In looking at the manuals I don't see a reference of one or how it interfaced as maybe it was a option and not part of the "standard" diagram. General question for those who might know, is it safe to assume that these acceptors basically pulsed either the quarter circuitry 4 times or half dollar twice for adding credits? Would love to see the wiring drawing as well for my own edification if one exists. I'm still impressed by the electro-mechanical logic design that went into these pre-microprocessor era jukes to make them do what they do. Thanks!

RockOla used the Transmarine/ARDAC model just as Seeburg did. It was always an option, for Seeburg, and I ASSUME the same at RO-? The way Seeburg did it was to dedicate a coil to trigger a settable number of credits added, on the electro/mechanical units, or, on the electronic pricing units--trigger a settable number of credits, with a "one shot".
